The Red Door Pottery Gallery & Studio is nestled in the historic Foreside District of Kittery, Maine. Conveniently located just one mile from downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire, visitors will be immersed in a vibrant energy of the artistic community and eclectic eateries.
Both pottery studio and gallery space, The Red Door is a haven for creation and exploration. We often host guest makers and artisans in the gallery; from local jewelers to the Foreside’s favorite photographer, “Bud” Nelson Linscott!
For 2024, we are excited to hold a Plant Swap during the Maine Pottery Tour weekend at The Red Door!
Bring a healthy, pest-free plant (or a few) to swap. Plants can be potted or bare-root but should be labeled with their type and care instructions. Once you’ve picked up a new plant (or two, or three… we won’t tell,) head into the gallery to check out some accessories for your new flora family member or a treat for yourself!
