I am a studio Potter/Artist living in beautiful Central Maine, making whimsical and functional stoneware pottery on my farm!
I have been working with clay since I was 13, having been inspired by a demonstration given by a wonderful potter under a tent at a craft fair!
This clay obsession led to art school and my own studio in the Ell of our 200 year old farm house. I love to work in stoneware clay and make pieces that are both fun and functional! My work reflects all the years of living and working on a small farm in both NH and later in my present home of Windsor, Maine where I am constantly inspired by the animals around me on our farm and in the surrounding country side!
I decorate my stoneware pottery with a variety of brightly painted whimsical farm animals and wild creatures, from Hedgehogs to Ravens! I hope that these pieces bring happiness to your life!
